Website Accessibility
We want our website to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of their circumstances, abilities, or the technology they use.
Our website has been designed and built with care, aiming to remove unnecessary barriers and make sure our content is clear, readable, and easy to navigate. That includes for people who use screen readers, rely on keyboard navigation, or need increased contrast or text size to browse comfortably.
What we’re doing
We follow recognised accessibility guidelines (specifically WCAG 2.1 AA) and use semantic HTML wherever possible. We have tested our layouts, colour combinations, and navigation patterns to help make sure our site works well with assistive technologies.
We also:
- Keep content structured and logical for screen readers.
- Avoid relying on colour alone to convey meaning.
- Aim to support keyboard-only navigation across the site.
- Avoid unnecessarily complex layouts or media.
Things we’re still working on
Some older or third-party content may not fully meet our usual standards. We review and improve these areas as we go, especially when we update or replace tools on the site.
If you do come across something that doesn’t work properly for you, please let us know.
Legal obligations
As a UK-based business, we aim to meet our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010, which replaced the Disability Discrimination Act. This means taking reasonable steps to make sure our services — including this website — are accessible.
